Best Western Hotel Harmonie

My wife and I have stayed in a lot of boutique hotels around the world and the Best Western Hotel Harmonie is one of the very best. The hotel is on a quiet residential street a bit outside from the center of Vienna. The rooms are good size, very clean with a good sized bathroom.
The rooms are well insulated and very quiet at night when getting to sleep.
They have a large breakfast room and breakfast is included. A large assortment of egg dishes, bacon, sausage, cold meats, cheeses, breads toppings etc etc. Anything you could possibly want to eat or drink.
The hotel also has a small but well equipped gym room which came in handy with all the eating and drinking around Vienna :). A nice touch was the afternoon tea and cake which was served in the «library» room and was an excellent way to relax and meet some people. Wound up meeting and talking to a group of people visiting from San Jose.
Staff was also very helpful in giving directions, helping with reservations etc. Only a 15 – 20 minute walks to the center and close to the trams and metro.
Best Western Hotel Harmonie is an excellent choice when visiting Vienna. Highly recommended.

Das Hotel Harmonie ist ein ganz ordentliches Hotel im 9. Bezirk. Zur Innenstadt nicht weit, die direkte Umgebung bietet auch einiges an Gastronomie. Die versprochenen 4 Sterne kann meiner Meinung das Hotel nicht halten, aber wirklich zu bemäkeln hatte ich auch nichts. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hier in Wien schmeckt generell der Kaffee besser als in D.
