This restaurant has lost its way. For years it was a favorite. And the new owners have made it a least favorite.
In Surburbia one tends to give the local restaurants a chance, but unfortunately I can no longer give this establishment anymore chances.
The quality of the yum cha has been going downhill, each occasion more miserable than the last. The steamed products are so far over steamed they have become waterlogged. If you try to disguise the flavor with soy, forget it, It has been watered down too! And if you ask for fresh sliced chili, they want to charge you. Moving on to service, it’s a bit hit and miss, some servers are good, some rude, but keep an eye on your stamp sheet, items can get stamped more expensive if you don’t pay attention.
I really wish I could be more positive, I have had great meals from there, but then I remember that was with the previous owner. When the restaurant was clean, staff were vibrant, and the food was flavor some. Sadly those days are gone. After 3 chances, I will not return.

This restaurant used to be a very good suburban restaurant with very friendly long term owners. Since it has changed hands the place has become nothing more than a rip-​off.
We went to this place last night for a family meal and I would have to say this will be the last time I ever set foot in there again.
Not only were most of the menu items $ 4-​$ 5 more than comparable restaurants, they charged $ 2.50 per person for tea AND $ 3 for the bowl of fresh cut chillis (which are usually complimentary at other restaurants.
The food was (at best) ordinary and uninspiring and, as previously mentioned, their menu items were much dearer than other similar restaurants.
I DO NOT recommend this place at all, in fact, I would suggest you give it a complete miss, drive 10 – 15 mins down the road to Parramatta and have a much better meal for less cost!

Went there for a birthday in a large group (14 ppl) so we all ordered the $ 32/​head banquet.
I was worried at first as the entrees came out and it was literally ONE slice of ham & chicken roll and ONE spring roll per person. Following that I mistakenly assumed the food would be limited and started to eat whatever extras I could scrounge. But then the food kept coming, and kept coming, and still kept coming! By the time the deep fried ice cream arrived I was so full I could have rolled out the door.
The restaurant is part of the Winston Hills shopping centre. Nice enough inside and plenty of space if you have a pram or kids. The staff were pretty helpful but they were in such a rush most dishes were literally thrown onto the table making a few of us jump as they landed on the glass. They serve beer and wine but are also licensed for BYO so bring a bottle for sure!
The food wasn’t bad but wasn’t the best either. I’ve rated it 3⁄5 because of the sheer amount of food they served and the value for money.
