Grill’d although everywhere still an excellent place to head to for a quick snack or lunch. It can be choose your own adventure there — be indulgent or be healthy. This visit, I chose the latter and had a salad. Almost fell over when I felt full and satisfied. Well played Grill’d. See you next time I have the lazy.

First time at this place, ordered the trio of sliders. beer with pickles and cheese the classic. wow really delicious! would recommend. I had a side of sweet potato fries which were a little burnt, which was a downer still somewhat edible though. all in all though really nice, and would def be back for the burgers!

I came here for dinner, and I’m not really a burger person, but my friend was dying to come here. He heard how great it was from another friend, and he was not wrong! I went for the Simply Grill’d burger on a traditional bun with chips. The burger was hefty and delicious! There was just a tad too much relish in it for me. But the chips were excellent! And everything was super fresh!

I have found that some of the most unassuming joints in Melbourne turn out some of the best food. Grill’d Windsor is one of those places. I’m starting to get use to the method of order and pay at the counter and get your food served to you at the table here in Melbourne. After spending a good 5 minutes reading the offerings listed on the overhead boards, I finally decided to order the Crispy Bacon and Cheese. If I’m going to blow my diet, might as well add the bacon! This is an AWESOME burger. The grade of beef, the choice of spices, the perfect cook, the relish and herb mayo all make this an awesome burger. When it comes to burgers, Grill’d is serving up the champions of burgers. I’m looking forward to my next trip(maybe today) to try a different burger to experience a whole different flavor profile. Don’t walk past Grill’d, you will be sorry.

I’m seriously trying to cut back on the red meat, but«ou est le boeuf?» rang on my mind… That said, if «healthy» in front of «burgers» sounds a bit like an oxymoron, psychologically, it was enough to lure me in! Grill’d Healthy Burgers(in oh-so-hip Windsor) looked like a good spot to ease the carnivore craving within. Located at the corner of Chapel and St. John, GHB has an attractive, wide-open interior layout, with seating on the inside, as well as a good number of tables and chairs outside — esp. fine on a beautiful Down Under day! Their menus are hanging above-head, so you’re ready to go. To start, you’ve got your choice of four different types of buns: panini, traditional(wholemeal blend), gluten free, or «low-carb super bun»(at less than 9g of carbs — the latter two for an additional $ 1.50). I went with the Crispy Bacon & Cheese(grilled grass-fed lean beef, crispy trimmed bacon, cheese, salad, relish & herbed mayo)($ 11.50) on panini. A side of sweet potato chips($ 4.80) with a dollop of hot chili mayo($.70) made this a nice combo. Taking a number to the outside table, I had a few moments to catch some rays — just about nothing beats sitting al fresco on a sunshiny day! Didn’t have to wait too long for a gal to cruise on over with some mighty fine looking grub. I’m not sure how«healthy» this burger was, but it sure smelled great, and tasted even better. GHB uses a nice herb blend in their meat, which made the beef not only tasty, but also gave it that hint of savoriness to bring it up to the next level. Surprisingly, too, the burger maintained a lot of juiciness despite being so lean. The sweet potato chips were, indeed, sweet, but(for me) a bit on the greasy side. That said, it’s simply in the nature of the potato and its high sugar and moisture content, so it is what it is. Still, though, it was quite good. The hot chili mayo was the H-bomb! Hot-n-spicy and great with the sweet potato chips. Overall, this was a fine and filling lunch. When I’m in need of a burger fix, you can bet that Grill’d Healthy Burgers will be right at the top of my list of places to satisfy that pang!!!

I like this location best in Melbourne because the staff seem to know what is in their products(ingredients), both being vegetarian and friendly. What I’ve learned from them is that their hummus is NOT vegan. Why would you put whey powder in hummus? I don’t understand. I think it is more of a bigger issue in the entire Australia as a whole where they seem to put diary in anything and everything(salt&vinegar chips?). Their pesto is not vegan either including a few other things including some surprising dip flavours. So if you’re vegan make sure you ask first before you order! Overall, their veggies burgers are okay but are not extraordinary. Their meat burgers are more their business but you have tovgive them credit for trying to appeal to vegetarians! Their fries are nothing special either.

I just can’t get over the Summer Sunset burger. It is probably the most amazing thing I have ever eaten. You’ve got your lean beef, avocado(you had me here), bacon, pineapple, salad and relish. It is mouthwatering. I’m struggling right now because there isn’t one sitting in front of me. I may even just get up and walk down to Grill’d right now. Urgh. Gimme, gimme, gimme. Definitely worth every single cent.

Awesome burgers and fries. Probably the best chain burger joint in Australia. They even taste like they might actually be good for you.

So I’m really not too sure exactly how«healthy» Grill’d it, but god it’s good. The only fast food change that doesn’t leave you feeling remorseful, these are some of the best burgers I’ve ever laid my hands on. No limp buns, dry beef and soggy lettuce. This place leaves Maccas et al for dead. Everyone claims to be gourmet these days, but at Grill’d they actually deliver. The Moroccan Lamb Burger comes with a lean lamb patty, roasted pepper, tzatziki, salad and relish. The Zen Hen is comprised of grilled chicken breast, tangy satay sauce, shredded carrot, salad and herbed mayo. They may not be cheap at around $ 11, but they are certainly worth it.

Grill’d is not a new burger bar. It’s just a really good one! Staying true to its mantra of using only the freshest ingredients with low fat patties for a delicious burger experience, Grill’d has got to be one of the best burger experiences I’ve ever had. In fact, I can’t remember one occasion where I’ve left Grill’d unsatisfied. It’s one of those happy places where you can get comfort food(minus the excessive grease and fat) so you can enjoy your meal without the guilt. My all-time favourites are the Mighty Melbourne(of course) and the Crispy bacon and cheese. Did I mention they do wicked chips — fat and juicy and never over oily. I’ve also enjoyed the Moroccan lamb on days when I wanted something a little bit different. All in all, Grill’d makes for a fantastic meal(minus the high fat) and is not that expensive when you think about the quality you’re getting. And when I feel like a Grill’d meal, the Windsor store is always my first choice. First because I live down the street but also because you can sit outdoors and indulge in some people watching.(Windsor is know to have a great mix of all sorts of personalities)

I don’t know a better fast food chain that makes undoubtedly the best burgers going around. I love Grill’d. It makes me happy. It makes me smile. It’s satisfy’s my need for a quality burger and it’s not like a lot of other places where on occasions it sucks, Grill’d is consistently good. Even on the off occasion you sit in there, everyone around is smiling. The people working are smiling. We are all having fun! One time they were out of zucchini so my burger wasn’t complete and they threw in chips and a drink… ummm amazing! Thank you Grill’d. We have plenty more fun times ahead.
