Trained at Totalee back in 2009.
The studio is family run by Joe & Lee Kapitanoff, retired bbs
These two bring a wealth of knowledge which they apply on their clients.
Joe educated me, trained my thought process that helped me loose kilos n kilos of fat over the 6 months Plus their holistic approach to training techniques are very different from the rest of PT ive hired in the past
The kapitonoffs are really the best in the industry
The only reason they dont get a 5 star here is because of their subordinate trainer who i strongly felt was incompetent. I almost hurt my back the way he trained me on deadlifts. Luckily Joe intervened and saved me
So its not worth it if Joe or Lee aren’t training you
