Cute local neighbourhood café. The name comes from the garage roller door which covers the outside of the main seating area. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. Food is mostly the usual breakfast affair but with some nice twists. Popular items include the Badlands — parmesan and bacon hash with a kransky and leeks, and the Meatball Baked Eggs. There are also a selection of sub-style hot rolls. Much of the food is cooked in a pizza oven giving it that extra nice crunch. Coffee is a blend from Syndicate and there is also Moccamaster filter available and a small bar with a selection of beer and spirits. If you’re nearby, definitely check it out.

Great tucked away café! The people there are wonderful. The food and coffee doesn’t disappointed. Roller door serves some great food, honestly not something you expect from a small café. They even have a book nook you can read from. It’s a spot where people in the neighbourhood come in on a regular basis and where everyone is known by their first name. If you do live close by I say hit them up, bring a friend and if you’ve had a big night a great place to cure that hangover. They even have a liquor licence for those that like a bit of fun with brunch.
