So my love for sushi trains runs deep — especially when I am by myself. The great thing about trains is you can have small bite without being«on the go». I love the wait. The excitement that«something new» might be just around the belt. Realistically though, most trains just run through the same plates… but that’s where the convenience of the iPad ordering system comes in. Sushizilla price slashes any train I’ve been to. At $ 2.90/plate, it’s the cheapest I’ve seen in the city. It’s also the coolest in terms of aesthetic. Bright colours, poppy tunes, young graphics and amble room. I mean it’s perfectly marketed toward the Uni crowd with a Uni budget. $ 2 plates after 5? That’s a happy hour to me Thank you for the veggie options too guys. Your Agedashi tofu rocked. Will be back with some hungries soon.

This place has a cool vibe, and it’s a great place to go for a quick bite to eat. The sushi is good and insanely cheap as well($ 2.90 a plate)!

Quirky and fun environment and some very tasty sushi. I tried a few things I’d not seen elsewhere, and all the traditional favourites were there, too.

I used to love Sushizilla. At $ 2.90 per plate off the sushi train, it’s a bargain! Love the burnt taste of the torched fish on top of the sushi. On my most recent visit, Sushizilla has gone downhill. As much as I love the burnt blow torch flavours, the sushi train was empty, the same dishes were being rotated, andit didn’t look fresh. Most of all, there was a general feeling that the place was a little tired and run down(even though the furnishings are new). They need to revamp their vibe to attract more customers through the door. Otherwise I fear that I’ll no longer be able to have my blow torched sushi for much longer.

This place has a funky vibe and décor, no doubt to lure the uni crowds away from all the other food offerings available at Central Park and into their establishment. You can sit at the counter and grab items from the sushi train, and also order specific items from the iPad menus next to each couple of seats. Or you can sit at one of the tables and order from there. The food is excellent, very fresh and tasty. The green tea comes in a tea bag — I always prefer fresh brewed green tea leaves in a pot, but the tea bag is fairly common in sushi places.

Been here 3 times already and i love the«Broadway Roll» first place that made me surprised with their sushi. Its a nice and colourful place and food is delicious. You have an option of the sushi train or sit on a table and order through their ipad

Great venue for a cool little sushi train. They’re having a $ 2 per plate promotion after 5pm but it’s still pretty quiet on weeknights. I guess not many ppl venture up to the food court at night. The service was courteous and prompt(it was quiet). The food was decent and good value. Oh did I mention that they serve sake too? Good place to chill out after work and have a quick meal.
