Simmer Huang

Finally I found simmer huang abroad ! It’s one of my favorite restaurant, the dishes is so good !

Amazing little hidden gem! My girlfriend from work suggested this place after a long day in the office a few weeks back and I had no idea what to expect. I had this idea that a simmer pot is the same as a hot pot but I was clearly wrong! I was blown away by how the experience was from start to finish. The service was top of the line wih the table top cooks. I couldn’t believe what was happening and I loved every moment of it. We odered a bunch of meat and veggies to simmer in the medium sauce. Among the choices were sweet potato, chicken wings, cabbage, ribs and much much more. Lets just say it was more than we can handle. I also enjoyed the juice my friend ordered to go wih our meal. Im pretty sure it was a plum juice but dont quote me 100% on it. The secrete sause the meal was cooked in was to die for and made your mouth water after every bite. My friend said you could only get those sause flavours here and no one knows whats in it.
I would for sure return with a larger scale of friends as this is such a great social atmosphere by sharing a pot of simmer delights while laughing the night away.
