The hallway had a really, really bad odour. It was also very hot and stuffy. The smell of the restaurant next door wafted up the elevator. The room was cool. The shower had all scum around the edges. You had to climb over the bath to get in the shower. Kids and people with bad knees would have trouble getting in. The bed was really hard which is what I like but my partner hated. It was located down a dark alley way. Workmen always Leered there during the day and hobos hung around at night.

It is more like an apartment than a hotel really. For the price I am paying, it’s reasonable, and of course I didnt expect a 5 star hotel service, unless if I want to pay more for it which I wasnt planning to. And yes, I would recommend people to stay. Staff is friendly, and I had a little problem with the coffee press? It was dirty, and in fact it grew some mold in it but it was taken care of right away. The staff in the hotel wouldnt know anything about it, because they hire a «professional» to clean the rooms. Overall, it was fine staying there. Very convenient to go anywhere.

I thought this was a great hotel… less hotel, actually, and more business executive long-term stay suite. I had a huge suite, which had a full-function kitchen(refrigerator, stove, dish-washer), a dining area, living room, balcony, full bathroom and a separate bedroom… and a washer and dryer! I’ve never been to a hotel room that actually had a washer and dryer in the room — very convenient, very cool. The area itself is very safe and quiet despite being in the heart of everything. The location is great since it’s in the heart of the CBD(Central Business District) and close to everything… I barely used the public transportation since you really can walk everywhere from this location: Pitt Street Mall is about 5 minutes away, Hyde Park is about 5 minutes away too, QVB(Queen Victoria Building) is about 10 minutes way, the Royal Botanical Gardens are about 15 minutes away and the Sydney Opera House is about 20 minutes away. The staff was very friendly and helpful!
