This was the first time that I’ve had laser hair removal instead of the waxing that I’m used to. I am never going back to the wax now that I know how comfortable and clean this laser procedure is. I would recommend it to anyone.

It feels really good that I never have to shave anymore. This treatment has removed all the hair that I expected it to and none of it has grown back. I will definitely be trying this treatment again to remove some more hair.

I would give this place a zero or minus 10 if I could.
I have never been treated with worse customer service anywhere in my life.
I purchased a Cudo voucher which is a mistake I deeply regret.
When I arrived for my appointment, the place seemed dirty and unprofessional for a laser clinic. Additionally the woman who served me and later did my laser treatment was extremely rude and nearly put me to tears.
She spoke very quickly about the laser treatment and what I needed to know. Not being able to obtain her 80 words per a minute speech, I kindly asked «will it be painful?»
She then replied, screaming at me «DO YOU NOT LISTEN TO ME? CAN YOU NOT HEAR OR SOMETHING? I ALREADY SAID IT MIGHT BE PAINFUL.»
Being very upset about the previous treatment I was then instructed in a vague manner to put myself in a certain position involving legs, feet etc. Not being given decent instructions and having done it incorrectly, I was told «ARE YOU STUPID? YOU CANNOT DO ANYTHING SIMPLE TODAY.» I was upset and shocked that anyone could be so horrible.
In regard to the quality of the laser, it is IPL and the people who perform the laser do not laser off all hair in each area, it’s simply just three careless, lazy zaps. Untimately, you end up with a few hairless patches and remaining hair.
Given the rip off price of treatment, the rude service provided and the low quality product, I am never coming back to such a horrible place. If you wish to get laser I recommend you go to City Laser Clinic in Martin Place. For a lower price, you are offered friendly service, wonderful results and they even have lollies for customers in the reception.
I deeply regret ever purchasing the Cudo voucher and stepping foot in such a revolting place.

If you are in Sydney and looking for a clinic for laser hair removal — this place is great! If you’re tired of waxing — ouch… laser or IPL hair removal is where it’s at.
Hairfree is the best choice for looking smooth!
