Australian Diamond Brokers

I wandered in to Australian Diamond Brokers wanting to have some loose stones made into an anniversary ring. I did not have a great idea of what they could make or what I would need to spend. They were quick to teach me all about the creation and how to balance quality over cost. They put together 4 designs for me and they were delightfully under my budget on all of them. It was a great experience top to bottom. Their customer service was top notch, responsiveness was second to none and the final product was incredible. 5 stars all the way around.

I could not have found a better place to create the perfect engagement ring. Garren is very friendly and easy to work with, and we were able to go through multiple iterations until we found the exact look and specifications that I was looking for.
When we first went through the stone selection process Garren brought in 8 – 10 different stones based on the characteristics I had initially requested. From there we went about customizing the exact band and setting that I had envisioned. Their jewelry is hand made.
We highly recommend Garren and Australian Diamond Brokers for the pride they take in serving their customers as well as their dedication to fair diamond sourcing and their keen eye for detail. All in all it was a wonderful experience.
Garen is also great after the purchase with ongoing cleaning and any sizing changes that may need to be made. A few months after the engagement my fiancé wanted to have the ring tightened a bit. Garren was more than happy to make the changes quickly and at no cost.
A great experience and a place we will certainly be back to for our wedding bands.
