This place is in my opinion one of, if not the best café’s in Sydney! Great service and their single origin coffee option is an experience. Add in great food and a great ambience the best place to switch off or power through some work.

Not bad, not bad! I was recommended to try this place by fellow Unilocaler Fanny B., and it was worth the visit. And worth leaving a little space in my tummy — I had already had brunch with my dragon boat team mates. Shout out to the Pacific Dragons at . Their chef’s speciality was the jaffles… what’s a jaffle? Well, my duck and chestnut jaffle came out from the kitchen, and, honestly at first, I was like: «Oh, a toastie?». Sorry my ignorance! I know now. This little unassuming thing(picture uploaded) didn’t get my heart singing at first. But, as the judges on that crying cooking show on Channel 10 say, what’s important is how it tastes. And it did taste delicious! The duck was prepared the way it should be, and me being Asian, I kind of expected chucks of duck. But Sly’s way makes sense — all tender and pulled apart. Along with the crushed chestnuts, it made sure there was taste spread right to the edges of the bread. Humble on the outside, plenty on the inside. I like it. I wouldn’t mind visiting again to try a few of the other items on their menu, particularly the one with pork — it sounds juicy. I also ordered a coffee, and it’s fine, but if you prefer strong coffee tastes like me, ask for less(or half) milk.
