Devine Real

I think it’s fair to say that Real Estate agents don’t enjoy the most glistening of reputations. Everyone hates a salesman, right? After recent dealings with a certain agent at Devine I can understand why the stereotype exists. The unbelievably shonky dealings left me a little bit put out, and extremely annoyed. While I wont go in to too many details, I will say that I don’t appreciate being shown a property that has already been leased to someone else. It’s a waste of my time, and everyone else who showed up to the fake viewing. I’m sure this tactic is used by Real Estate agents’ all over the country, trying to build up their database by being completely untruthful, but it’s not fair when people have so little time outside of work to search for a home.
From what I have encountered, the agents at Devine are arrogant, unhelpful and unprofessional at times (i.e. when I was «shooshed» for asking the agent why he was showing a property that had already been leased).
Overall, dealing with Devine was not a fun experience, and one I will not be repeating in a hurry.
