Living in St Kilda for 2 years I have seen my fair share of restaurants, bars, cafes pass through the space that is now known as Flare Contemporary Grill, and luckily this one seems to have stuck.
The first thing you will notice if it doesn’t hit you smack in the face first, is the bright and extremely loud interior décor. There is a long black feature table that is finished with red and black upholstered chairs. There is then a sheer red curtain sectioning off a set of bright red and black couches and a classy little coffee table.
Now once you’ve observed the interior and finally taken a seat why not enjoy a delicious steak cooked to perfection on the Flare Grill. I highly recommend the Black Angus Porterhouse, it is served with a rocket and citrus salad as well as fries, tender and incredible! There is also a very good selection of wine available, just ask the staff for their recommendation.
