Aurora Spa Retreat

From the softly-​spoken reception staff, to the professionalism of the therapists, to the quality of the products, everything at Aurora makes you feel completely pampered, relaxed and content.
I hadn’t been since 2009, so I was keen to see if my first impression stood the test of time — I vaguely remembered feeling Zen-​like for the next couple of days. Today’s visit did not disappoint; the signature Kitya Karnu steam treatment, followed by a relaxation massage, were both pretty blissful. I actually fell asleep during the massage (rare), and generally felt much more relaxed from the moment I stepped in the door.
Aurora has been around for a while now, and it’s because they get how spa should be done. Expect to feel special for the time you’re there, and expect some serious gratitude if you gift a treatment to someone.
