47 Blessings

Whilst I get what 47 Blessings are trying to achieve, I just don’t think they are there yet. True they have a great selection of beer, wine and cider, but its all bottled, and the staff are did not really engage or seem interested to be there.
Given this is the closest bar to my house, I will probably visit again, but I think until they install some beer/​cider taps and some personality to their staff, its a solid 3 stars from me

The newly renovated and decorated space provides a pleasurably drinking experience.
A friend of mine recommended this place after coming here for a casual drink and after trying it out myself I have to say this is just the refreshing venue that St Kilda needed.
47 Blessings has a lovely range of wines, ciders (and more but those two are really all I drink) and beer available. There’s nuts available to snack on with your drinks and the décor is truly something to be immersed in.
Small wooden stools fill the floor and comfy couches are aligned on adjacent walls. There’s a couple small tables outside so you can enjoy the view of blessington st.
The artwork is too great here… (Check out some of the photos), looks like they gathered it from the 80’s. The music is a mix of electro and alternative which makes for a great chatty ambiance.
47 blessings is truly a blessing to the St Kilda scene (cheesy I know) but this is my new favourite spot to drink and converse with mates.
