Memory Taste Of Fu Kang

One of the most authentic Chinese noodle soup and dumplings experiences on the Gold Coast, by quite a long margin. As a man of Chinese descent, I’ve long lamented the lack of authentic Chinese food on the coast, and Memory taste of Fu Kang goes a long way to rectifying this.
The noodle soups are authentic and delicious, and the serving size more than generous (seriously you can share one bowl between two people). The dumplings are a little expensive, compared to what you’ll get in other cities, but for the GC they are delicious and plentiful. You definitely won’t go hungry! And try the «Chinese hamburger» for a flavour-​filled delight.
I’ve brought my parents here when they came to visit, and they loved it. Seeing as they’re massive Chinese food snobs, if they loved it, I’m sure you will too.
