I have enjoyed coffee and lunch at this establishment. Both were very enjoyable and I will be returning. Coffee is fast, delicious and staff are always friendly. For lunch I have had two types of wraps, both excellent. They have a wide selection of wraps and sandwiches that they will grill in just a few minutes, even with a long queue. Love it!

There are about 4 coffee places in this office ground floor; this one had the longest queues. It appears to be a small Melbourne chain.
Everyone was a regular, as the guy taking the orders knew almost everyone by name. It was a streamlined production, with him taking orders, and writing names on a purpose-​made blank space on the cup, with another person doing espresso shots and another doing milk and handing the coffees out.
It was clearly a high-​volume throughput organisation, so I provided efficient input: «Cap, no sugar, Tim.» This pleased them.
The coffee was, in the end, just OK.

Ok second time for lunch, but had few coffees here. Coffee is consistently good. Food has been tasty also. Though I wish they would either always take a name or not. Had food given away while waiting because of poor system. Make it better!
