Massage was lovely but service was very disappointing.
Ambience was tuned by a particular member of staff instructing all those around her on the types of tan etc… Didn’t need to know any of that!
My whole purpose for going to this particular place was for the two sets of vouchers I got for Christmas. Not only did they refuse to take the vouchers but also wouldn’t accept my private health insurance card. The woman at the desk had to keep calling people to help her.
Would not recommend and will not be going back!
