Australia is a huge place and there’s always so much to see and do. At Newington Armoury you can hire a Segway to explore the park and vast lands.
Segways are fun and an amazing experience. It’s easy to learn and simple to use. I wish Segways were the mode of transport in the city centres or at least allowed on pavements and I also wish I owned one!
The tours on weekends are quite popular, so I suggest booking in advance. Also, wear closed shoes, else you won’t be allowed to ride the Segway. There is a recommended weight limit too. Between 45 Kgs and 120 Kgs I think. Luckily, I fit somewhere in between.
The price is quite expensive for an hour but it is a fun experience and was a special gift for my partners birthday, so worth the one-​off.
