I don’t actually like Gloria Jean’s, but they’re one of the easiest places in the Seaford Shops to grab a coffee. And while I’m not a fan of the franchise I do love this particular store.
Join the line at Gloria Jean’s and you’re likely to hear many conversations between the folks working here and customers in the lines. They’re almost all regulars, the staff love the customers and the customers love the staff. My best friend left here a few years ago, and she still has customers coming up to her while she grabs a coffee to check how she’s going.
It may be a franchise, but this is still a family business, run by a husband and wife team. Photos of them, other staff members, and their kids can be found around the kiosk.
While I wish it weren’t a Gloria Jean’s, I do love the people that make this store what it is.
