Wait, no, calm down, Mum, I’m not tying the knot!
I have been driving past this bridal store for years though, so when my best friend announced her engagement I jumped at the excuse to finally step inside the store.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. It was our first stop so they were happy to let us browse, but were also on hand to answer any queries.
I resisted the temptation to say I was getting married too, just so we could both try on dresses, Sex and the City style. No, instead I played the good maid of honour and murmured agreement and encouragement.

Bridal Originals is located on the Pacific Highway in Roseville. When in traffic, I can’t help but look at the beautiful gowns displayed in the window. The shop stocks everything from accessories to bridesmaids gear. Despite it being primarily a bridal wear shop, there is an infusion of colour which stands out compared to many other traditional bridal stores.
Other than dresses, you can purchase hair pieces, veils, jewellery, ring bearer pillows and garters– they think of everything! The staff are very friendly and while most of the dresses are not my style, are beautifully made. The business has been established for many years so you know you are in capable hands of an industry professional. Quality is evidently a key essential at Bridal Originals.
