I am a big fan of Thai. There are a few spots in Brisbane that are superb and Platinum Thai is one of them. Seriously top 3 and its in a nice quiet spot in the Redlands.
Everything was cooked to perfection, we had duck, pork and lamb — the duck and lamb were some of the best we had ever had.
Will definitely be coming back.
