I love this place, it’s my go-​to pizza place in the Redfern/​Surry Hills area.
Woodfire pizza? Check.
Italian as hell employees? Check. (Seriously, if you speak Italian it’d be a lot easier than speaking English here because there can be some miscommunication.)
Fresh chilli? Check.
Metre long pizza? Check.
Delicious food? Check.
They have enough space to host big parties too, as there’s room in the back that you do not see at all from the front.
$ 80 for metre long pizza that can feed 4 where you can choose 3 different types of pizza is a pretty good deal to me.
They have great salads as well, and their pasta is legit.

Excellent traditional Sacilian pizza.
We went to the sister store located in Maroubra/​Pagewood.
We ordered the margarita, gooey cheesey goodness, hot and fresh ingredients. We also ordered the napoli, loved every bite.
Service is alright, the owner and pizza chef were lovely and the pizza didnt take long to cook in the big pizza oven
Brought along a bottle of wine with $ 2 per person corkage
