Metcalfe Park

Here we have a park that is surrounded by buildings on three sides but it does have on one side a view of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. It’s located not so far from The Star so it’s quite easy to get to if you’re coming from that direction.
What’s good about the park is that there are many benches surrounding the park where you can sit and do your thing or enjoy the view. I usually have a sit at one of those benches facing the harbour when I’m around and just think about things while enjoying the cool breeze.
Usually around lunch time and evening after work, you would see people doing workouts in the park but at other times and on the weekends there are usually families, couples and other people that gather here. Well it’s not a bad place to relax and play as it’s quiet and away from the busy tourist areas that is Darling Harbour and The Star. Also I heard that this place is designated as an off-​leash park by the City of Sydney which is good for dog owners who happen to come by.
Come here to have a relaxing time and enjoy the view.
