Oh my god! They are demeaning! They have no customer service etiquette at all. Would not recommend going there at all. Including the owner Megan.

Been coming here for years and even when I moved out of the area, I still try and pop in to see Megan and the girls. In a nutshell they’re the best nail salon this side of Melbourne hands (or nails) down! The salon is gorgeous and glamorous and feels like an elegant retreat from the hectic pace of Chapel Street. In an area filled with other nail salons, make THIS the one you choose, you won’t regret it. Prices are reasonable and they always squeeze you in for an appointment. Love, Love, Love!

I decided to visit this place for a mani and facial wax since it’s close to work. I left with an average manicure and a big chunk taken off the top of my eyebrow, leaving me with an uneven, half eyebrow. I don’t know how they can claim to be professionals when they can’t do a simple eyebrow wax.
