Oodles of Noodles, yummy, slurpy, spicy noodles. This is an absolute gem for a noodle fan. I love noodle dishes and discovering different additions that I like such as cheese or butter (not what I would usually add to the bowl of steaming slurp). It is also great value with the basic ramen dish at $ 9.50. They have deliciously crisp katsu for the non-​noodle fans (not that I’m judging you).
Oh did I mention that they cook their soup broth for 24 hours, for 24 hours!
