This store is a strangely organised collection of shelves, stuffed with a thousand kinds of trinket, semi-​useful gadget and toy. It’s hard to recommend heading here for anything specific (kids’ toys and birthday supplies aside), as the stock appears to be constantly rotating and it’s hard to peg down whether they have any consistent stock or not. As a place to wander around in the hope of stumbling across an item you’ve wanted to buy but haven’t been able to find anywhere else, this is pretty great. It’s also helpful if you are looking for something small to beef up a gift for somebody — I’ve picked up quite a few small presents here. That being said, my mothers’ advice that «giving two presents instead of one just makes the first look cheap» still holds, so consider whether your gift actually needs improving before heading here.
