Dynasty Drycleaners

Dry cleaners are not the most ‘sexy’ place to review but after coming here for years I felt they deserved some feedback; as a regular I really cannot comment on their competitiveness since I have not shopped around but I can discuss the features and service.
Firstly if you are registered you get a garment bag with a unique ID so you can drop and run and do not need to stand in queue to drop clothes off; next if you include you credit card when you pick up you just say your name, get your bag and leave… Really simple and great for people like me who are allergic to queues!
I have also had great experiences, on a number of occasions I have found a tag that identified a loss button or hem that they had repaired at no cost. Also on the occasion that a blanket was damaged (due entirely to an incorrect label) they contacted the manufacture and arranged a replacement on our behalf.
Going the extra mile is why I have never looked elsewhere even after moving many blocks away.

If, like me, it takes you more than 40minutes to iron one shirt I recommend heading over to Dynasty where a shirt, washed pressed and ironed will set you back $ 4. Bargainous.
