Alright, so we’re not in New York. Let’s not try to kid ourselves here. We’re definitely not in New York. But hey, this park is central, it’s leafy, there are suits and hipsters alike. Let’s just go with the name and make it our own. Central Park actually refers to the towering building adjacent to this park space, but I think the land has been Christened with the same name. Always bustling on a weekday at lunch(and conversely, sparse as a desert on weekends/night time), the verdant, tree-filled space is quite a welcome change to the concrete walls of the city. People are always gathering together with their lunchboxes here, plus there are a few cheap and cheerful take-away joints around as well. It’s really quite nice. It’s probably one billionth the size of the actual Central Park, but the mood is buoyant all the same.
