Great coffee, speedy service and cheap sweets.
Ordered: 1 flat white $ 3.90, A prawn and bean shoot salad wrap $ 8.50 and a Caramel Slice $ 3.00. What a decent meal. The warp was deliciously healthy and the coffee was strong, creamy and hot. Caramel Slice??? Yum yum yum…& Its gluten free!!!

So you probably wouldn’t even know this place existed unless you worked very close by.
Located inside the KPMG building they turn out great coffee, and it’s surprising not noisy at all considering it’s smack bang in the middle of the building’s lobby.
They have a nice range of baked goods, from carrot bread to pastries.
There’s a gorgeous manicured garden between this building and the next so I would recommend getting your coffee to go, and enjoy it in the pretty greenery.
The only downside is that the glare of the sun through the windows is really bad.
