This was my first time going to a Korean BBQ restaurant, and none of us at the table of 4 had been before either. Our server was very helpful and showed us exactly what to do and even recommended us a few dishes. Staff were friendly and always made sure our drinks were topped up and the empty plates were cleared. I didn’t know what to expect but overall I was impressed and will definitely be coming back.

It’s quiet nice and the serving is big! I like the noodle and soup! Didn’t see any pumpkin soup ??

Again another soft spot for this little gem! Order your own raw foods and cook it on the in table BBQ, or order it already cooked! It’s a fun thing to do with a group or on a date, lots if variety and sides

Some different than the normal dining. Be warned though dont plan to go out afterwards as u will end up stinking off bbq. We ordered the bugolgi beef and duk bugolgi which comes out with all ur sides. Decent drinks menu and the staff were very attentive

Arirang — An Abomination of God Arirang — 1/10, barely worth a spit on. I have tried most of the Korean BBQ restaurants in Perth. When I came here, I was open palm slapped by how bad it was. Condiments x 4 the size of 50 cent coins, extra? $ 5 please sir! Meat — Barely edible, fatty, chewy, thin slices of cardboard. Yum, yum. Service, was good actually, but he could see the broken man in my eyes and it hurt him. I calmly told the manager I would have to review his restaurant negatively for this evenings meal. He said nothing, and handed me my receipt. BIGMISTAKE — Godrik

A great little place to take a group for something a bit different. I went here with a group of my colleagues and although the food was good and the service solid but I was expecting a bit more. The food wasn’t as «Korean» as I was expecting, but that may be just my palette, as I haven’t really had much in the way of Korean food previously. That said we had a very pleasant meal with nothing to complain about and all left satisfied. The lunch menu was great value for money.

Had a great time not knowing what we were doing, and the food tasted good as well

One of our favorite after work Friday night meals with drinks. Love cooking our own food on a grill in front of us. Great fast service. Great food and atmosphere.

Arirang Korean was a good experience overall and great value. We were in a party of 11 which included 3 children. They cater for children well, and have a kids menu… They also don’t use any peanut in their cooking for those who have the misfortune of a peanut allergy. The kids demolished the honey chicken whilst the adults embarked on a Korean culinary journey of a chef prepared BBQ meat set menu. The entrée of honey chicken and vegetable samosa type things was delicious… The main; of lettuce leaf and a plethora of condiments accompanying thinly sliced BBQ pork, beef, and chicken was delicious … There was a huge amount of food and not everyone got through it all. If it doesn’t rhyme with BBQ don’t eat it. The dessert was the only let down; a slice of tomato was the centre piece… Surrounded by a scoop of ice cream, a slice of apple and 3 undercooked dumplings … Overall a good experience but I guess the Koreans are famous for kimchi and not desserts so I wouldn’t have any high expectations with the dessert.

Arirang always smells so good when I walk past, I just had to grab some food from there. Got a table with my pals but were a little baffled by the menu, not having eaten a lot of Korean before. The waiter was very helpful though, and pointed out what he thought we should try(without seafood, thanks to my allergy) and he made some pretty good choices. Bulgogi was a delicious combination of savoury and sweet and was definitely my favourite. There was also a great big hotpot on the table, though I felt it was all a little pricey for the serving sizes and I am in no place to comment on the authenticity, but it was certainly a delicious meal, if not filling.

Arirang is more of a fusion restaurant than a Korean restaurant. They have all the Korean favourites such as bulgogi, bibimbap and galbijim. I am a big mandu fan so I was glad to see real mandu on the menu also, not the usual dimsim. The high class set up of the restaurant is a bit bizarre due to the fact that they are selling basic Korean food and Western salads. I feel they are charging extra for the sheer novelty of hotpot dinners at your table. The Kimchi Jigae is very overpriced at $ 17.90. All that said, the food is good, service is very attentive and the soju is currently on offer at $ 9.95 a bottle.
