Akari Sushi & Ramen is in the food court in the lower level of Trinity Arcade. I love any kind of noodle soup, so I was pretty excited when I saw it. I had the vegetable and tofu ramen. The noodles were good and the serving was generous. $ 10 for a big bowl. In fact, I sort of ODed on the tofu and had to waddle out. However, I wasn’t a big fan of the veggies in it. I’m a vegetarian, so it’s not often I actually say that, but seaweed and whatever the gloopy dark green pastey stuff was are not my thing. Plus, the broth had too much garlic in it for my liking. In case, you’re wondering, it’s also pretty rare for me to say that! To sum up, it was ok but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back.
