Stayed here for a few nights in the aussie winter (August). While check in was efficient, and plenty of services (pool, restaurant, internet café, gym) we had black mold on the ceiling, a gritty looking shower, no free wifi, and a bum heater in the room. The price was alright and it is located near a tram stop that goes into the city, but we found it to be a little too far from the city center for our liking. It is very close to the zoo and a big park though.
