This place is the cutest for a refreshment as the name suggests. It has changed a lot since I was first here many many months ago(probably years) but it’s cute and it’s relaxing. It’s air conditioning and the vibe is beautifully relaxed. Definitely worth a visit! Even just for a take away coffee. The take away cups are the CUTEST!!! Love this little local place :)

Things have changed since my original review, mostly the hours it seems. No longer a café open in the afternoons/evenings. Just a regular morning/daytime café.

Ahhh yasss I finally made it here. What an awesome little place to take my hungover friend and myself for delicious coffee and the most amazing muesli. How many times in my life will I encounter a truly wonderful muesli? Is this a part of getting old? I will be back here, this is a place I will take people. I like you, Slightly Twisted, I like your deal.

Just had brekky at Jam and it was terrible! Slightly twisted is now cemented as my café of choice for breakfast in Nundah. Staff are great and the food is amazing and I can’t get enough of their smoothies! So disappointed with myself that I wasted my money and appetite at jam, I’m always going to slightly twisted from now on! Love it.

Very relaxed and cosy. Have brought my son with me, He is 4. Normally calm, today a little crazy. Not sure if it was a good idea As the place is tiny. Did bring things for him to do. Like drawing.

Absolutely love this place! Have been twice, first time i ordered a chocolate milkshake which was AMAZING. Nice decorations with whip cream, sprinkles and a little hershey kiss on the side. Second time I visited Slightly Twisted I had now become lactose intolerant which is particularly annoying when ordering a drink at a place that every drink basically contains milk. Since most cafes I’ve been to only serve soy milk. When looking through their menu I couldn’t find an iced mocha but chose to ask the man at the counter if they make them. I explained how I couldn’t have normal milk and he happily said he could make an iced mocha over ice instead of ice cream and with lactose free milk! Really appreciated this! Ordered food and a drink for under $ 10! Great customer service, lovely banana, pear and raspberry bread and overall a lovely experience! My friend also ordered apple and cinnamon crepes which looked amazing! Food has great presentation! Will definitely be coming back again!

Amazing service, extremely friendly and accepting. Beautiful atmosphere and music. I ordered a cup of tea with ice on the side to which was offered to make an iced tea, and was beautifully presented in minimal time. Extremely happy with this place I will totally come again. I haven’t had anything off their menu other than their tea which they house T2 tea! Hard to find French Earl Grey!

My new favourite Café, this place is quirky, friendly and has great coffee. Ordered a cappuccino and it was great, they gave me a little chocolate on top and were just so friendly! They had a great selection of food and it was affordable, scrambled egg crêpe with burned sauce was $ 10.(I didn’t eat this time, but it looked great) Eftpos surcharge purchases under $ 10 was 40c which is a bit of a shame, but I felt so welcome and invited that I had no issue paying it. The coffee is elixir which is creamy and subtle. Their loyalty cards are buy 5 get one free which is a nice bonus Also if you are with Bendigo bank there is an arm right outside. It’s close to all lot of amazing little shops, including ‘Maxwell and Lucy’ ‘interesting things’ and ‘Bella gifts’ also a ‘pree’ which is like an op shop for designer clothes(super cool) Will defiantly be back again with friends.

Oh my god I’ve died and gone to heaven, I ordered the pulled pork with home made smoky bourbon BBQ as use with gluten free bread that did not taste like cardboard. This was the best pulled pork sandwich I’ve ever had and I’ve had a few in this town. The dirty chai was the best bloody chai I’ve had too. The service was friendly, inviting and it’s a pity more cafés were not like this. The interior funky and hip and very pleasant. Damn if only it were closer to home.

Try the Dirty Chai. I like the lounge atmosphere of this place. Owners are welcoming. This is a place where anyone is welcome, not just for the beautiful people.

Awesome little hidden café in Nundah Village, which given time will become a hipster haven but for now is still nice and chilled to have Sunday breakfast(i think they even have music on a sunday sometimes?). The staff are super friendly and very cool, and if you ask for a Super large coffee, you GETIT! it was almost the size of my head, delicious!!! the pulled pork is a MUST! Very small café, with funky inside décor, and some small tables available outside, the menu is written on the wall so i assume it may change regularly? the drinks menu is the menu you will find on your table with an amusing cover sheet with the ins and outs of the café, I wouldnt suggest bringing children here as its not that kinda of café. And note that everything is made fresh so sit back and relax. Well worth checking out!

When I head to the shops at Nundah, I stop in to see the boys and Slightly Twisted for a double flat white in their funky polka dot cups … Always served with a kiss! ;) and their desserts are so yum! It’s like getting a culinary massage the way it makes my body feel from my lips to my tummy! I’m still making my way down their menu. So far, fantastic! :-P Be sure to «Like» their Facebook page for specials, events, and other fun stuff … Flip for your coffee is fun! Guess heads or tails ‚. Choose correctly and you get a free cup! :) Really a fun place!

Great quirky café. The food and drinks are high quality, creative and very tasty! The owners are still very hands on, which means opening hours can fluctuate, driving away non-local patrons.

I love the atmosphere at Slightly Twisted. The guys that run this place are bubbly and friendly. They have a delicious selection of light meals, coffee, milkshakes, and can’t forget their super tasty cake treats. Slightly Twisted is also BYO(as long as you’re ordering food) so grab a bottle of wine at the local BWS and stop in here for a light dinner and a wonderful dessert. Lots of comfortable seating indoors and outdoors. If you’re looking for a spot of breakfast on the weekends, I would suggest you visit Slightly Twisted over Jam 4012 as the staff here are a LOT friendlier.

Nundah really needed this funky eatery. The décor is very interesting as are the owners and staff. The foods is plentiful and fresh. Recently they upgraded their menu and increased their trading hours to 7 days. Do try their French Earl Grey tea — simply delicious.
