Don’t you just hate it when poles come flying out of nowhere and smash up your car? Whats worse is they love it a ton more when you’re reversing. yep thanks.
So I nailed the backend of my car pretty hard a couple of weeks back and given my insurance covered pretty much everything, I had no drama sending the car to this repair place. So after getting my claim no, it was off to the repairers — from the moment I dropped the car off, I never once had to call them or my insurance or Hertz or a cab. Parramatta Smash Repairs organised everything on my behalf. They organised a hire car from Hertz, they organised the cab so that I can pick up the hire car, they even organised the exact time I would need the cab so that I wasn’t waiting around !!!
Their frontline service is amazing. They called me the day after I dropped the car to give me a progress update and continued these calls twice a week until it was ready. As I said, I never ONCE had to call them — this to me was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced. Seriously tho, I wouldn’t normally review a smash repairer, but I felt like I just HAD to review this place purely because of their excellent service
Ohh and the work they carried out? FLAWLESS !!!
