Preface, this review is for a home delivery and not dining in.
I have walked past this place numerous times and always thought the smell of food was something special. Thinking of something different for dinner I ordered in.
Our order was fairly normal, a large Butter Chicken and a medium Rogan Josh. Either our order was mixed up or something went very wrong. Both dishes were the same size, I would recommend that people don’t order the larger size — you probably won’t get any benefit! In addition the Rogan Josh resembled a yellow curry. The currys and rice were watery and oily.
The price of dishes aren’t cheap and for the price you can get much better.

If you are looking for a really good Lamb Korma, go try out Tamana in Newtown. If you are not an Indian food connoisseur then Lamb Korma is a creamy curry with tomatoes, onion and cashew nuts. The version served at Tamana is mild, which suits me perfectly especially with a garlic naan. It was a curry with a nicely balanced flavour, lots and lots of cashew nuts and the meat literally fell apart, so it must have been cooking for hours and the fact that it was full of flavour was further proof of that. The service was fast and friendly, the staff made us feel relaxed. An enjoyable experience.
