Administration staff: surly at best Wait time: unnecessarily lengthy Doctors: disinterested Latest visit: 13-August-2015 Arrived at 8:30am as the clinic accepts walk in patients. I was advised due to short staffing, it was at least an hour wait and if I came back after 10am it’d be better. Came back at 3pm and was told it was at least an hour or more and that I should have made an appointment. The receptionist was rude and basically couldn’t care any less about the fact that I needed some level of medical care. I eventually(1.5h later) saw Dr. Saba. He asked«What’s your problem today?». I said I’d had a persistent cold/flu issue and was scheduled to fly long haul so wanted to check that there was no infection(I actually work in a medical field and had spoken to doctors who advised it sounded like I had an infection and that I should get some antibiotics in case). He didn’t bother to ask any of my symptoms, took no history of my current or past conditions and then only offered two days off work and told me to sleep. This was after me telling him twice I was on vacation and scheduled to fly therefore not needing any time off work. He then said he was suffering the same situation as me and that he was coping by drinking hot water and lemon and that he can’t ethically do anything else without spending Medicare’s money(I’m not currently Medicare eligible). At the end of the day, I’ll go find somewhere else that actually does a thorough job but I feel for any patient that has to rely on this doctor and this practice.

Can anybody say«malpractice»??? The place is truly evil. The doctor calls your name on a loudspeaker, doesn’t look at you during visit and is more concerned with his lunch and private life than being a doctor. Avoid at all costs if you are really sick!

This is a place to go if you already know what is wrong with you, and you are prepared to argue the point, that is, fight for your prescription. If you don’t know what is wrong with you don’t bother going here, because the GP’s are only interested in how much time you need off work to write on the doctor’s certificate, not actually diagnosing any illness. Waiting times can be horrific, and it’s not a nice place to wait. Rather pay $ 15 gap and go somewhere that doesn’t bulk bill, just to get proper treatment. I have had arguments with GP’s here about my condition, in the case of it already being diagnosed but needing a new prescription or something. Also have heard horror stories of friends going there also justifying their own personal behaviour and health.
