I made a booking for the Xmas period as I thought it would be quite busy and a pain to get a taxi from Sydney airport.
I must admit that the booking and quoting system as well as pricing was terrific and I got a fantastic response.
The only let down was that the driver did not turn up.
I gave this two stars still because their admin side was great. I called up their office and they were able to admit the lack of driver for my booking.
In the future however, I will be trialing another company instead.
