Love the food, love the prices, love the service. Going there tonight again

Oma’s opened up after much anticipation (the coming soon sign was there for months) and Oma’s team are well known for their Weiswurst and Kransky (German sausages to you and I) around Newcastle’s markets.
How do they make the transition to café/​restaurant? The answer is, only Okay.
I’m not sure the sausages are worth the extra couple of dollars here, especially as they are the same price to eat in and take away.
The service is dreadfully slow and half my order was forgotten last time I dined there. That said, the food is still good and it’s something different in Newcastle.
