Great authentic Malaysian food for amazing value. Ichikabin chicken is the best I’ve had; I highly recommend trying it out! This is not a fancy place but it never disappoints.
Been coming here for years and the quality is consistently delicious. If you want a good feed and don’t want to spend a lot of money then this place is perfect… Makes me feel like I’m back in Asia.
Generous serving sizes, no nonsense food just like your favourite Asian Aunty used to cook.

A great little spot for a mid-​week lunch. Nothing fancy, but authentic malaysian food and frriendly staff. Great prices too — I had a curry laksa and a can of coconut juice for $ 14 :)

I had a lunch here last tuesday. the restaurant was half full.
the crispy friend chicken was supper crispy and juicy inside. pepper beef was really spicy and crunchy all in all was good.

Ipoh Garden restaurant used to be a neighborhood gem with good authentic hawker style malaysian food. Unfortunately the quality of dishes have dropped to a sub-​standard. Their signature ‘Ipoh Hor Fun’ lacks the beautiful pinkish prawn broth tinge it used to have and a very sad amount of shredded chicken toppings. The char kwey teow lacks the required charcoal flavor and is a mess of overcooked noodles. Service here is at best average.
It is a pity that the quality of the food here has declined.
