I often pop in here for something fast and fresh, though it’s also a good place to sit for a quick and cheap meal. I like its range of fresh salads, as it’s often the only place I can get a late night salad on the way home from work. I’ve had the thai beef, thai prawn and thai chicken salads, and they’re all tasty, and very good value for $ 7.50. The chicken is probably my favourite. Each salad comes with a tub of dressing, which is STRONG and sweet, so I recommend adding about half the dressing at the start, then adjusting if you need more. If you dump it all on there, you’ll be swimming in the stuff. All the dishes here are well-priced, mostly between $ 8 and $ 12, are the servings are generous. They have good meal deals too(dish and a drink), the only annoying thing is that you can’t pick what drink you want with what dish, it’s a set menu deal. But hey, if you’re feeling adventurous and willing to try a new drink, then it’s good value. I’ve tried plenty of the rice dishes here, and while nothing has been spectacular, it has all been enjoyable and satisfying.

A Thai restaurant owned by Vietnamese and it says everything in the food and menu. It’s strange to see Phở in the menu and it’s the worst Phở in Melbourne. Pad See Ew shouldn’t have fresh cabbage and pickle carrot which belong to banh mi. Mee goreng that tastes like Indian food. You should expect your food to be different from what’s in photo. It’s absolutely not authentic Thai food and not westernised food because it’s «Vietnamised» Thai food… The only good side is it’s a cheap place to fill your stomach.

Good mix of old faithfuls and a few new combinations. Extremely quick service, tables turn fast. It’s noisy between the smoothie grinder and bubble of conversation so not the place for a first date intimate dinner. Remember to bring cash as no credit cards accepted.

Cheap food of decent quality, plus actually open late when a lot of other restaurants are closed or closing. Stopped in here on a Sunday evening and had a snack combo of prawn salad and the four-colour shake. Both were good, and I wasn’t expecting much prawn in the salad but it was actually quite decent. It was good for a light dinner. My friend had one of the rice combos and it was also pretty decent. The dishes are definitely more«westernized» than authentic, but it’s still good and cheap.

The food is okay here, but their photo boards of what food is meant to look like is a joke. When the food was delivered, we really thought that it was the wrong food bought out. If you thought the misrepresentation of a McDonalds ad was bad, you would pull these guys through the courts. Menu # 40 — think fried rice only, not what this looks like…

If you like Thai, like quick service and a plate full of food bigger than your head, then Your Thai is a great place to visit. The meals came out super quick and they were really well priced. My chicken /egg omlette dish with rice and side salad was less than a crispy $ 10 note. It’s not the best Thai I’ve ever had, but the restaurant is clean, the meals are well priced, the service is OK and you can roll out in less than 30 minutes.

Great western-ised thai! Great, cheap lunch in the cbd. Everything is under $ 10. The drinks are to die for! Highly recommend the avocado smoothie!

Your Thai is the kind of place that isn’t great, but is good for that it is. The menu is pictoral, which is helpful if you’re feeling lazy. Virtually everything is under $ 10 and there are heaps of combo meals that include a smootie. I recommend sticking with something a classic, such as pad thai or a simple stir-fry. Your Thai is great if you want cheap, eerily quick food(dishes are served about two minutes after you order them) with a generous glass of wine.

Even though all dishes look pretty tasty, but it’s the worst thai food I have ever had in Australia so far! True or not, you will notice there’s no Thais eating there at all. However, this place is recommended to those, who are not used to authentic Thai cuisine.

Great prices(most around $ 10) and the first thing I noticed when walking in was that the portions are pretty decent(not massive but enough to fill the average appetite). As others have mentioned the menu is huge and full of big appetizing colour pictures. Although primarily Thai, the menu canvasses far more — wandering into Chinese, Vietnamese and Malaysian territory. The food itself caters to a westernised palate, so don’t expect anything to be too authentic(dishes that are supposed to be spicy have pretty much no heat at all, etc). Waiters are not overly friendly or talkative but do their jobs quite well — take your order, bring your food out and collect your bill.

I came here expecting big portions based on the other reviews. Unfortunately, after trying out two dishes, I have to conclude that the other reviewers must have tiny appetites. Leaving the restaurant still half-hungry after spending ~$ 10(on food alone) is not my idea of «great value». Furthermore, the service is minimal; I was never even offered a glass of water when I ordered my meals, I had to ask for it. Taste-wise, the food is good. I tried the Shrimp Paste Fried Rice and Phat Thai Fried Noodles(chicken). Both are delicious with a mild level of spiciness. Too bad there’s so little of it. This place is great if you’re a small eater(or not too hungry) and like good Thai food.

If you want ‘Great Value for Money’ then this is the place to eat! YourThai is a great Rice and Noodle bar on Swanston that will keep the entire family happy. The portions are large and very cheap. Usually you will find a barrage of students hanging out here munching down on the glorious meals. The menu unfold similar to a board game where you are given nearly 50 options from Tom Yum to Chicken Curry to Fried Tofu, there really is something for everyone! Also on offer is a assortment of «iced» flavoured drinks, the Coconut is heavenly and the Mango is sweet. The drinks are only $ 3.50 and are a good way to keep the spicier meals from burning you up too much. The service is great, your order is taken and of the handfull of times I’ve been here has never taken more than 10 minutes for the food to appear. The waiters can be a bit grouchy at times but are usually pretty friendly.
