Specialties

My yoga instruction begins with a series of 84 classic Hatha Yoga asanas customized for your particular body and ability. Taught in a warm room, this series uses static postures and the original asana mechanics to open up the body and leave you energized for the rest of your day. Like original Hatha Yoga, our focus will be on physical benefits as well as opening the spine, working from the inside-out. Whether you have never done yoga before or you are a seasoned yogi, this class accommodates all levels and will always challenge you to take the next step forward in your practice.

History

Established in 2012.

I started my practice with Bikram Yoga in November, 2010, immediately settling into a lifestyle I wanted to share with others. After two short years of consistent practice, I set myself on the instructors path and completed Bikram Choudhury’s teacher training in Los Angeles, and most recently studied under Master yogi Tony Sanchez in his established Yogic Physical Culture Academy in Los Cabos, Mexico. The insight and knowledge I’ve garnered over the years has been profound, and there is always so much more to learn.

I have been traveling the world teaching yoga since 2012. Starting in Texas, then moving to California, and shortly thereafter, taking the leap outside my home country (USA) to Jakarta, Indonesia. After teaching for 6 months in Indonesia, I briefly passed through Singapore on my way to Perth where I spent the next 5 months teaching and enjoying the perfect weather and marveling at the beautiful Aussie people.

I have been traveling the world teaching yoga since 2012. Starting in Texas, then moving to California, and shortly thereafter, taking the leap outside my home country (USA) to Jakarta, Indonesia. An amazing experience I will always cherish, such beautiful and amazing people. After teaching for 6 months in Indonesia, I briefly passed through Singapore on my way to Perth where I spent the next 5 months teaching and enjoying the perfect weather and marveling at the beautiful Aussie people.
