The Ugg Shop

Excellent, excellent, excellent customer service!!! The view of the manager, Sunny, towards customer service should be held up as a shining example which all shops should aspire to.
Sound a bit over the top? If I read a review with an opening line like that then I normally think that — but on this occasion it’s well and truly warranted. I’ll explain…
I bought a pair of boots from The Ugg Shop for my Sister’s little girl back in May last year as my parents were over from the UK — a gift for Christmas — so they could take them back with them. In January this year, my Sister contacted me saying that the boots had ripped with normal wear and tear, providing photos.
I took the photos of the affected boot, along with a pic of the receipt, into the shop and was pointed to the manager. He was understanding of the situation, especially the complication of the boots being in the UK and the cost of returning them. After a short discussion around some options, he agreed to go on the basis of the photos and not needing the boots returned.
Soon after, he advised that not only had the replacement boots been sent to my Sister in the UK (at no expense to me), but that he’d also sent the next size up as we discussed to cater for the fact that my Sister’s daughter would have grown. He even took special steps to avoid the boots being held up at UK Customs as potential fakes, an issue which was common in the past when they shipped overseas to Europe (they don’t now because of this).
This is a rare case of a genuine, understanding and sincere customer service. Sunny, you way exceededmy expectations — Thank you!
I can’t comment on their Ugg boots (of any kind, or from any seller) — never been my thing…

I have to say that I never really jumped on the Ugg boots band wagon. However, if they are indeed your cup of tea then this is the place for you. Amongst your regular styles you can find knee highs, ankle lengths and all sorts of colours and patterns. There was even a fluffy white number that looked alarmingly like a small designer dog. But, please, what ever you do, DO NOT WEAR UGGS OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE.
