Sun Asia is a Chinese takeaway in the QV Food Court and for a cheap takeaway, was pretty decent.
Customer Service:
They could use a LOT of work in this aspect. When I stood in front of the cash register to order, they looked at me with confused and blank stares as if they were thinking «why is this girl standing here?» until I just said «I’d like to order please». Normally, I’m more used to people saying hi and asking if you want to order so this experience was quite off-​putting. I know this is just a tiny little takeaway in a food court but at least treat your customers with a modicum of friendliness!
Food:
I ordered a plate of Char Kway Teow that set me back a little over 7 dollars. For 7 dollars, my meal was decently delicious as well as filling. If you are a fan of Char Kway Teow like me, Sun Asia does it GREAT!
I would definitely come here again one day if I’m in the QV for that greasy, authentic, and delicous Char Kway Teow!
