Smiggle is a stationary store aimed at those who are young at heart or maybe just young to begin with. Scented pens, anyone? The store is separated into colours. So anything that’s purple, is in the purple section, same with green, blue etcetera, etcetera. So, they sort of have everything, done a few times in different colours. Great for the obsessive compulsive. It’s all moderately priced(for stationary) and it’s full of things to give to people as stocking stuffers. I know that I loved receiving stuff like this when I was a kid so think about Christmas, people. It’s just around the corner.

Smiggle is a fun, colourful stationery and school/office supplies store. My five year old loves it and I have a playroom dedicated to Smiggle products. I find the stuff quite girlie and young at heart, so if you like more adult like accessories for your home or office try kikki.K. But if you want some fun and colour to spruce up a bland space and to make your day a bit more fun, Smiggle’s your place.

As i have said before, I do love stationary. Smiggle satisfied that love for a while(from the ages of 16 — 18) providing quirky colourful stationary. The store is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD, tucked away in a small inlet. The store is vibrant, stationary like Diaries, Pens and Storage coming in an array of colours, just like collections. The quality however is a little on the downside, I feel the stationary is aimed towards a younger market and perhaps only meant to last a term or two. Once coming here and now taking my little cousin here takes me back to when it was all fun and exciting, the colours and exciting materials really do light up the items you take to work or school but it’s something you tend to grow out of after a while. Smiggle is good for a gift idea also, when i know a friends favourite colour i always make sure to swing past and pick up a diary or notebook in that colour. Recently grabbing a lime green one for a friend, set me back $ 20 which i thought was a tad expensive but hey, where else could you find a vibrant ribbed lime green diary?
