I got a scoopon for $ 49 for a full set of eyelash extensions and one refill. I have only had these once in Australia and was very unhappy with the result(uncomfortable, plasticky, brittle feeling). Before purchasing, I googled Mollyfuns and didn’t find much apart from a facebook page that had varying reviews so I decided to give it a go. Located close to Melbourne central and QV, Molly funs is located above a shop and is much larger than it looks from the outside. They seem to offer many types of manicures and pedicures with several comfy looking recliners. Mollyfuns has a limited supply of selected beauty products from Asia and comparing prices, seems reasonable with a Shu Uemura eyelash curler going for $ 24.90 while David Jones sells for around the $ 29 mark. Back to my eyelash extension experience, I booked ahead of time and rocked up, handed my scoopon in and was led straight away to a spot by the window to lie down for the extension. Be aware there is no private room but for eyelash extensions it really doesn’t matter. After wiping down your eyes and putting gel cooling pads on and some tape, we were done within 45 minutes. I was happy with the result and price but don’t think I would pay $ 90 for a regular set of lashes. Remember, if you go to Mollyfuns, ask for them to explain the types of lashes available as they vary in thickness and length. I went for the C curl 12 mm 0.11 thickness was happy with the outcome. I will go back for a refill in 3 weeks!
