Modern Nails

The first time I had my nails done I got shellac and the price was advertised as 25 dollars, why she charged me 40 I have no idea. The shellac started yellowing on the tips of my nails almost the same day and four days later the tips of my nails were orange, so then I went to get them done again and shellac is supposed to last much longer than four days.
The second time I went I got acrylic nails and the person who did them made my cuticles bleed and my hands went out looking worse than when I came in and hurt for a few days.
On the plus side you don’t have to wait long at all and they’re pretty friendly for nail technicians.
Would have given two stars but one of the ladies there is lovely, so whoever she is that third star is for you!

This nail salon is a new branch of Modern Nails in the Tivoli Arcade.
Getting your nails done here is a neat, quick no hassles experience with their nail technicians. I like that it doesn’t smell like those horrible mall nail bars.
A shellac will cost around $ 25 and is about half an hour all up. I’ve found in my several visits that although they aren’t super friendly, they don’t totally ignore you either. The do a long lasting job, with my last shellac lasting 2 months!
