McDonald’s

Ashamed that I went to a McDonald’s while here, but I did. This location has really cool décor… wood paneling and stone-​like wall coverings.
But, it is the dirtiest McDonald’s to which I’ve ever been. Trashcans overflowing to the floor, dirty tables, dirty bathrooms, etc. I was surprised that such a nice location was so sloppy.
Don’t half step. You may want to consider a different location.

I have to agree with Clarissa Y on this one. This is by far one of the cleanest McDonald’s restaurants anywhere, and I’ve never felt unsafe coming here late at night. In fact, they have a security guard who looks like he could break up a fight but isn’t menacing. Obviously, it is what it is, but if you’re in the area looking for cheap food at any random time of day or night (even Christmas Day), or perhaps just a decent cup of coffee in the morning, this is exactly where you want to be.

With respect to Clarissa, really, no, not so much.
If you have the cash to buy a McDonald’s meal, you have the cash to buy a better meal than you’ll get here.

I know what you’re thinking — it’s a McDonald’s. How good could it be? Well the answer is: VERY!
Location: This particular McDonald’s is open 24 hours a day with a convenient location close to the CBD, but not so deep into it that you get the late night party drunks. Also, every time I’ve been here they manage to keep it consistently clean. There’s upstairs seating for larger groups as well as television for some entertainment.
Yes that’s right. There’s NO DODGY PEOPLE! If you hit up say a McDonald’s close to Flinders, you’ll probably feel really unsafe not the mention the long queues. With this location, you need not worry.
Customer Service: All the employees here are so polite and efficient! You get your food quickly with no hassle in between.

No matter what time it is in the night, you can always count on this location to provide you with delicious and cheap eats. Obviously don’t take a date here or something — it’s fast food. But if you’re in the city at 3 AM hungry as a hippo with nowhere to go, this is the location for you!
