FINALLY. I HAVEFOUNDMYHAIREXTENSIONSQUEENS :) I have been wearing hair extension for 15+ years. I’ve recently moved here from the UK and have tried the best of the best hair extensions from around the world and honestly have never seen or felt better quality hair extensions through my years like Kiki’s. I’m appalled by my experience here. They advertise the package deal which for $ 649 includes a head of extensions, hair dying, styling, and a blend in; and you can choose which method of application: tape, microbead, weft, microweft, etc. The before and after pictures on their Facebook were very impressive so I was happy to use them. One of the staff wanted me to tell them what I wanted; when it became obvious they didn’t care. They refused to let me choose any method other than tapes(they are the cheapest apparently) and after they started it turned out they didn’t want to dye my hair and wouldn’t(I suspect they didn’t know how). I could have just been okay if they’d matched the hair properly to mine(mid brown not complicated) but for some reason they used half platinum tapes and half brown that would have matched. The result was appalling. I had a way lighter brown with platinum streaks compared to my mid brown and it did not blend in in the slightest. They kept trying to convince me it looked fine and wouldn’t dye it to match. I was still charged $ 649 despite no dying. I walked out of the salon with extensions that looked so blatant and terrible. I had to go to a good different salon the next day to get them properly dyed to match and thankfully they did well on that; though I had to pay an extra $ 300 to get what I should’ve been given in the first place. They also advised me that they thought they weren’t completely human hair(the hairdresser was an extension expert) as the extensions are advertised as. After only a few weeks the extension quality massively deteriorated and they looked awful. Unfortunately I haven’t been able to find any phone number for the head office to complain. I very much got the impression the staff working that day had no training and just knew how to stick a fee tapes in. I think all the pictures on their social media are from other cities because they did an appalling job. Don’t be fooled you’ll walk out very unhappy.
