Solid, reliable fast Greek food. Souvlaki sate all $ 10. Moussaka is huge, at $ 15. Tasty dips w soft warm bread. Spanakopita is also comfort food

A great snack option if in the area. Slightly fancy Greek food. Their souvlakis are nice and their sweets are so tempting. Good value. There is also lots of seating available so you can eat in as well as take away.

Very good to grab a quick bite. We were staying nearby and I wanted to try the Mussaka — only available Thurs, Fri and Sat. So we went on a Friday night and I think we got that next to last piece! It was really good. I got it with a side salad which was also really good. Enough for 2 people to share.

Tasty & good value peasant Greek food. The chicken gyros meal was a pretty overwhelming plate of food. Flavoursome chicken with chips & pita. The Greek salad was lacking feta for my liking & the tzatziki was a bit bland but for $ 16 I can’t really complain. The staff were very efficient, we waited literally just a matter of minutes between ordering and receiving.

Just fabulous! Perfect for meeting friends for a quick lunch from work or for something so much better than your average bring to work meal!

Very nice location, great food and reasonable prices. Interesting take on Tzatziki(that is without garlic), and the pork souvlaki was delightful even though the lamb souvlaki was a notch better. Give Kalamaki a go, it is another Greek take away that that has joined the recent revival of Greek take away restaurants that are springing up all over Melbourne.

I found the lamb souvlaki a little disappointing. I was expecting something with lots of lamb flavour but this wasn’t the case. Far too many mouthfuls seemed to be dominated by the chips, and I think these contributed to the lack of lamb taste.(Who puts chips in souvlaki anyway?)

Great food! Walking around Melbourne, just moved here from the states and were craving something good. This was a great choice, not too pricy,$ 9.00 or so. We ordered a Lamb Souvlaki and a Chicken Souvlaki both were great, I liked the chicken on more because it came with fries inside… amazing! Took a business card so I would know how to get back, and I can’t wait. My mouth is already watering!

Yum, what a tasty lunch. For only around $ 8 – 9 each, my eating partner and I each got a lamb and a chicken souvlaki – with fries on the inside! Love that. I really liked the décor of this place. Very cute. The lady who took our order was friendly, too. Overall, I think it is a pretty good value in a city where food can be so incredibly expensive(well, for an American, anyway!)

For a quick city lunch, that isn’t rice paper rolls, sushi or the latest mexican fad, who can go past a sovua? I spied this one day and declared to my office that this was going to be the next location for team lunch. It did the trick. We all walked out full and satisfied and nobody felt ill, which can sometimes happen after a Souvalki. Better still, we came in under budget for the week, which keeps the higher ups happy. Some of those with a sweet tooth, also hit the treats that lined the counter. They have a couple of large communal tables(inside and out) so they can cater for larger groups also. For a cheap, satisfying city based lunch, here’s your next stop.
